Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

This act provides greater protection for victims of domestic violence and makes provision for the granting of protection orders and for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith.

An act to give effect to and to implement the Protocol to Prevent, Supress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially women and children.

Includes those who perform childcare or elder care tasks in the definition of a domestic worker, and it establishes the conditions  for accessing maternity leave (3).
