National Insurance Act (Amended until 2016)
Establishes the conditions for maternity leave under National Insurance for domestic workers. An insured person who is employed as a domestic worker shall be entitled to a maternity allowance in respect of a pregnancy or confinement, equivalent to the minimum national wage and payable for eight (8) weeks out of the 12 weeks of duration of maternity leave.
